TERENGA SAFARIS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please review Terenga Safaris‘ Terms and Conditions before booking a safari. By confirming a safari with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to contact us.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terenga Safaris provides transportation, accommodation bookings, meals, excursions and related services in partnership with carefully selected independent suppliers.
All details provided in client itineraries are accurate to the best of Terenga Safaris’ knowledge and based on the most recent information available. The company cannot be held responsible for subsequent changes made by third parties or for any inadvertent typographical errors.
To secure flight reservations, gorilla permits, chimpanzee permits, or any other required permits, clients must provide their full names as they appear in their passports, together with their nationality and passport number.
Please note that Children under 15 cannot track down gorillas or chimpanzees. Prior to confirming a safari, clients are requested to inform Terenga Safaris of any special preferences or requirements, such as medical conditions, dietary needs or accessibility considerations. The company will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests where possible.
All travel packages are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. As many lodges and hotels offered by Terenga Safaris have limited capacity, clients are encouraged to make reservations well in advance of their intended travel dates.
Should a client wish to amend an existing reservation, Terenga Safaris will endeavor to accommodate the requested changes where feasible and confirm the adjustments accordingly. An amendment fee, reflecting the actual costs incurred, may apply and will be added to the total invoice.
Terenga Safaris reserves the right to modify or adjust the tour itinerary, transportation, accommodation, or services described, should unforeseen circumstances arise prior to the client’s arrival. Any such changes will be communicated to the client as promptly as possible.

OTHERS
EXECUTION OF THE TOUR T&C
Observing wildlife in its natural environment is a unique privilege. However, Terenga Safaris cannot guarantee specific animal sightings. Clients must exercise caution while viewing animals and strictly adhere to instructions provided by the tour guide or wildlife rangers.
While gorilla and chimpanzee permit guarantee clients the opportunity to track these primates, they do not guarantee that the animals will be visible at all times.
Accommodation is typically provided in twin or double rooms, tents, or bandas, with private bathrooms where available. Single rooms may be offered at an additional cost, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Terenga Safaris reserves the right to substitute accommodations with equivalent or superior hotels. If a hotel of equivalent standard is unavailable, the company may offer a higher standard alternative, which may incur additional charges.
The mode of transportation depends on the group size and itinerary route. While all vehicles are maintained to be roadworthy, Terenga Safaris cannot accept liability for delays or damage caused by punctures, breakdowns, or poor road conditions.
Experienced, English-speaking drivers/guides are an essential part of your safari experience and are the only authorized drivers of Terenga Safaris vehicles. Their decisions on all matters, including routes taken, are final.
