CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellation policy requests must be submitted in writing and will take effect on the date Terenga Safaris receives them.

Cancellation charges, based on the basic program rate, are as follows:

  • 60 Days or more prior to arrival 10% Charge
  • 59 to 32 Days prior to arrival 25% Charge
  • 31 to 15 Days prior to arrival 50% Charge
  • 14 to 6 Days prior to arrival 75% Charges
  • 5 Days or less prior to arrival 100% Non-refundable

Terenga Safaris reserves the right to deduct any expenses already incurred from the amounts paid.

Gorilla permits, Chimpanzee permits and airline tickets are 100% non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows by any tour members.
